📦 Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are made to order, we have a limited return and refund policy.

🖨️ Print-On-Demand Items

All items in our shop are custom-printed on demand. This means each product is created especially for you once your order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Changing your mind after purchase

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5" tolerance on DTG products)

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to help.

You may be eligible for:

  • A free reprint, or

  • A refund

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Please provide clear photos showing the issue

  • No return of the damaged item is required

If multiple items are affected by the same issue, we may request one photo or video showing all affected items in a single frame for confirmation.

📬 Lost or Unsuccessful Deliveries

If an order is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery (incorrect address, unclaimed package, etc.), you may choose:

  • A reprint (additional charges may apply), or

  • A partial refund

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when applicable. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
